  WFS workbench is available in MD2 along with GSD
  workbench.

  Restriction Explanation
  GS1.prd and PDG.prd are authorized in MD2.slt.
  Generative Shape Design workbench is authorized
  in GS1.prd.
  Wireframe and Surface Design workbench is
  authorized in PDG.prd (include of PD1.prd).
  .
  These authorizations can not be changed.
  .
  As GS1.prd is an Addon and Shareable product,
  this product can be available in every
  suitable solutions.
  .
  Before CXR10 CATIA release level, WS1.prd was
  the product needed to have Wireframe and Surface
  Design workbench in P1 level and WSF.prd was
  the product needed to have Wireframe and Surface
  Design workbench in P2 level.
  .
  In CXR10 CATIA level, WSF.prd has been
  replaced by GS1.prd; but GS1.prd is the
  product needed to have Generative Shape Design
  workbench in P1 level, not the product needed to
  have Wireframe and Surface Design workbench.
