    installing V5R14SP3 with "Error message not found!
    (e31500)"
    to reproduce:
    1. Install R14 SP1 (Foundation and Editor) on a non
    default directory (e.g. c:\temp).
    2. Start SmarTeam editor ᄄ OK.
    3. Exit and install R14 SP3.
    4. Start SmarTeam ᄄ SmarTeam does not load.

Problem conclusion

  • THIS PROBLEM WILL BE FIXED ON SMARTEAM
    VERSION 5 RELEASE 15 GA level.
    NOTE THAT THIS PROBLEM WILL ALSO BE FIXED
    ON V5R14SP04.
