mechanism is very specific.
By-Pass
In tools/options licensing, instate of selecting Any
license for AL2, select the choice AL2 - CATIA
ALL-IN ONE MARKETING 2 Configuration.
The choice Any for the AB3 license (which is NOT
a marketing configuration) can be kept.
