Error description

• FT&A - Datum Target Symbol; Diameter of circle
  needs  to increase if the Diameter is more than 1
  digit.

  STEP BY STEP SCENARIO:
  1. Create an FT&A Dutum using the Tolerance
  Advisor Function
  2. Select the ADD option to add Datum Targets.
  3. Select a point for the Datum Target
  4. Select the Circle option
  5. Type in 5.5 for the diameter of the Datum Target
  Point
  6. Notice the Diameter callout doesn't fit inside the
  circle
  EXPECTED RESULT : The circle diameter should
  resize automatically according to the value so that
  the value fits inside the circle

  Incident Diagnosis :
  Datum target has fix size. In details, The datum
  target frame is normalized and has a fix
  size that is 3.5 * character height.
  With the font chosen by the user, it leads to the
  fact that the diameter symbol is larger than the
  frame.

  By-Pass
  Depending on the font it's possible to get a correct
  result, so if you want absolutely the characters
  within the frame, you have to test with different
  installed font on your system which one fit the best.
  Moreover, for some customer it's acceptable the
  characters goes out of the frame if there are more
  than 2 characters.

  Development Request Justification
  We should be able to propose in the future the
  capability to manage font spacing and ratio on such
  object.
  This is not yet planned, and will need a migration
  on a new infrastructure in order to get it.
