  Development Request Justification
  The area fill is not exported yet. Only the contour is
  exported as documented.
  The wrong contour geometry (few extra lines)
  appears when there are inner regions.
  For both improvements we need to improve the
  export of area fill to semantic for getting outer and
  inner boundaries. This needs a development that is
  not yet planned.

  Answer and By-Pass
  For correcting the wrong contour geometry (extra
  lines) in case of inner regions: set a None Pattern
  to te area fill in CATIA before exporting to IGES.
