  DOCUMENTATION MODIFICATION:
  after :
  The "Save as new document" option lets you save
  an existing document under a new name but this
  new document will be given a new UUID (Unique
  Universal IDentifier). If the document to be saved
  is a new document, this option is not displayed in
  the Save As dialog box.
  add a Warning :
  The "Save as new document" option only has an
  effect when save is performed in the document
  native format. It has no effect in other cases.

  REMARK:
  The possibility to gray out the option when it is not
  applicable was also considered.
  However, after investigation it appears technically
  impossible.
  Indeed, it is feasible on Unix because the Open
  panel belongs to DS but on Windows the involved
  panel is native Windows and modifications allowed
  are really limited. The only thing which is possible is
  to add new buttons. Moreover, it is not possible to
  use in real time the user interaction (type of file
  selected) to activate or hide the option"Save as
  New Document".
  Based on this limitation, there is no other choice
  but to add clarifications in the User Guide about
  this option.
