Problem conclusion

• THIS PROBLEM IS PERMANENT RESTRICTION IN
  CATIA.

  The problem described here is the normal
  behaviour of CATIA V5.
  In CATIA V5, the linetype is always displayed the
  same way, regardless of the zoom factor so that on
  screen, it always looks the same.
  With Autocad, the linetypes are described
  regardless of the visualization, which means that
  you need either to apply a scale factor or use the
  appropriate zoom to be able to see the linetypes
  correctly.
  In order to keep the benefits of CATIA V5 with
  DXF, the DXF export automatically set a scale
  factor to the lines so that the linetypes can always
  be seen in Autocad, even if the line is very small.
