  Part is seen as synchronized although geometry is
  not correct.

  Restriction Explanation:
  We need to have the scenario for the creation of
  this part. Otherwise we cannot correct the problem.
  Some problems of this type have been corrected in
  the past and so OK in current release.
  .
  By-Pass:
  The only by-pass is the one as follows:
  Modify geometry and launch update again.
  We cannot do it automatically because we cannot
  identify synchronised and non-synchronized
  geometry (we trust the time stamp which is
  incorrect in this case). We cannot force
  synchronization of all geometry as it would be very
  costly in CPU time.
