Error description

• Scenario:
  1/ create structure assembly with 2 CATParts
  root -- part1 - doc1
  -- part2 - doc2
  -- part3 - drawing
  2/ Load the draw assembly from VPM into the V5
  3/ Load context PDM ( The assembly PART_1 and
  PART_2 is loaded)
  4/ modify one of the two documents
  5/ Update the draw
  6/ save all
  7/ do get impact MML from VPM : link MML are OK
  8/ realter one of the two documents.
  9/ Update the draw
  10/ Save all
  11/ make get impact MML from VPM
  Result : impacts are KO
  .
