Comments

  • Incident Diagnosis
Instable sweep may lead to a twist error ("cusp")
depending on small change in input data, due to
    poor input data quality
    .
    Correct Application
    - recreate sweep on current level to benefit from
    best so far geometric modeler
    - use smooth option (angular 0.5, deviation 0.01)
    to enhance sweep quality.
    - without smooth options a small change of 1.E-6 in
guiding curve resulting from intersection leads to a
cusp, on a sweep that was nearly invalid with initial
    data
    .
