• Not able to get Visual Basic Editor reinstalled
  WE NEED MORE REGISTY ENTRIES TO DISPLAY
  VBE MENU ITEM ON THE MACHINE THAT HAS NOT
  BEEN INSTALLED CATIA AND WILL BEEN
  INSTALLED CATIA V5R12 WITH "Distributing the
  Software in Compressed Form".
  Scenario:
  1) LOGIN ADMINISTRATOR USER
  2)INSTALL TWO  CATIAS WITH "Distributing
  the Software in Compressed Form" method.

  3)LOGOUT ADMINISTOR
  4)LOGIN WITH  RESTRICTED USER(USERS GROUP
  USER)
  5) CHECK IF FOLLOWING REGISTORY ENTRY IS
  EXIST AND READ PATHNAME

  SOFTWAREﾾClasses
  TypeLib

  6)EXECUTE TWO CATIAS.
  7) CHECK  MENU ITEM WHETHER "VISUAL BASIC

Problem conclusion

• THIS PROBLEM WILL BE FIXED ON CATIA VERSION
  5 RELEASE 14 GA level.
  NOTE THAT THIS PROBLEM WILL ALSO BE FIXED
  ON V5R13SP04 AND V5R12SP07.
  Incident Diagnosis
  VBA not available in user mode even after
  launching cnext /regserver in admin mode
  Correction Explanation
  The VBA typelib was not registered in
  cnext /regserver mode
  By-Pass
  Manually register in regedit the typelib
  .
