Comments
Insert existing component is providing a check on the pdb file to see if it belongs to a registered D5 library. User is not expecting that check because it was not there in R10 Correct Application Back in R10, it was actually a bug that gets fixed. However, some users were surprised of that behavior so an environment variable has been provided to disable that check:DNB_D5I_NO_PDB_CHECK=1. The check has been provided so to be persistent with the import of device/workcell file, where the D5 root library is mandatory.
