Error description

  • when archiving to OnDemand the archive file's content
is read from file to memory.
While reading the file there might occur a memory
problem.
In the trace file of archpro you see the following error:
ODArchDoc(): get_mem_from_file failed with RC=-2. RC is set to
CS_RC_FILENOTFOUND (-200)
In order to solve the problem the behaviour of the CommonStore
OnDemand agent must be changed: CommonStore will read the files
in 128kB blocks.
