HD14327: KINEMATICS JOINT COULD NOT BE CREATED ON PART IN SUB PRODUCT

Error description

  • kinematics joint could not be created on part in sub
    product
    
    1) open CATProduct
    2) go in DMU Kinematics workshop
    3) select cylindrical joint and try to do it between
    the axis of XXXY under the sub product
    XXX and the axis of YYYZ under the sub product
    YYY
    You can t do it.
    4) Now, for each sub product above, make it
    flexible ( by right click and oblect/flexible)
    5) try to do it again and you always can't!!!!
    
    So you can t create mecanism of part which are in
    sub assembly even if they are flexible.
    So could you correct this problem of the flexible
    sub assembly possibilities to succeed in creating
    such mecanism.
    
    REM: You could create a mecanism directly in the
    sub assembly and import it in the global assembly,
    but my customer can t use this function to make
    the exact mecanism he want. He should create all
    its mecanism in the global assembly, without
    importing mecanism.
