HD13740: CCD CREATES WRONG DXF FILE AND AUTOCAD FREEZES WHEN OPEN THE DXF FILE

Error description

• 1. Start CCD V5R12.
  2. Select "File -> Exchange -> EFT"
  3. Select "12345_GA_ACAD12.cdd" as CCDRAFT file.
  4. Clisk 'Accept' button
  4. Click 'Accept' button
  5. DXF file is created
  Result
  (Customer):
  Application freezes when L1 open DXF file in
  AutoCAD or Volo View Express.
  Investigation and result in IBM.
  L1 found that CCD V5R12(V5R12SP1 also) creates
  wrong DXF file when OMAP_VERS is set to R12.

Problem summary

  3. Select "12345.cdd" as CCDRAFT
  file.

  5. DXF file is

  Customer can not read/display 12345.dxf using
  AutoCAD.

  Investigation and result in
  IBM:
  Customer insists that DXF file includes "brk.shx"
  string and
  it may be the cause of
  trouble.
  L1 can read/display 12345.dxf using VoloView(DXF
  viewer).
  This result is different from result by
  customer.
