HD13032: CANNOT REINSTATE THE LINK BETWEEN DOCUMENT CATDRAWING HAS BROK EN LINK WITH THE PART MESSAGE : THE LINK REFUSED THE DOCUMENT

Error description

• Cannot reinstate link via desk window or with Edit
  / Links. The message The link refused the document
  is given after selection of the part in Edit /
  Links / Replace
  The relationship between a CATpart and its
  CATdrawing is lost.
  Scenario:
  1. Open the CATdrawing
  2. Click on "desk"
  3. Right click on part number highlighted in red
  4. Click on "find"
  5. Choose the correspondent CATpart number and
  than click "open"
  The part number change from red to white it should
  be but the link is not reinstate.
  
  Also, if you make a slight change to the CATPart
  the Update icon lights for the CATDrawing and you
  can pick the icon and no update takes place.

  It's impossible to replace a link if the new
  pointed document has not the same uuids as the old
  one.
  Uuid is unique universal identifier.
  In other words, the reroute can be done with files
  that are coming from the Save As only.
