  Abstract
  
  Get error when make update between rib and
  shaft
  Detailed Description:
  We create application, call EITTEST, that create rib
  and shaft. Its input are start coord' , end coord'
  and radius. EITTEST work well but there are same
  input values that the application return error
  (sometimes): " Topological operators : internal
  error."
  
  Get good result: X1=-1 Y1=-1.9 Z1=0 X2=3.35
  Y2=-1.9 Z2=0 R=3.5
  
  Get bad result: //ERROR: Topological operators :
  internal error.
  X1=-1 Y1=-1.9 Z1=2.2 X2=3.35 Y2=-1.9 Z2=2.2
