HD07479: THE EXISTING CGR FILE OF PRODUCT IS NOT OVERWRITTEN

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• 1. Create Product1.CATProduct with a part inside.
  2. File->Save As, save it as "Product1.cgr".
  3. Create a new Product("Product2.CATProduct").
  4. Insert->Existing Component, Insert "Product1.cgr".
  5. File->Save, Save "Product2.CATProduct" and close its
  window.
  6. Modify "Product1.CATProduct". (ex. color, shape, etc.)
  7. File->Save As, save it as "Product1.cgr".
     ==> The following message dialog box appears.
           The item Product1.cgr already exists.
           Do you want it to be overwritten?
  8. Click Yes.
  9. Open "Product2.CATProduct" again.
  
     ==> The modification at step 6 is not reflected on it.
         Because "Product1.cgr" has not been overwritten.

• THIS PROBLEM WILL BE FIXED ON CATIA VERSION 5 RELEASE 12 GA leve
  NOTE THAT THIS PROBLEM WILL ALSO BE FIXED ON V5R11SP04
  AND ON V5R10SP07
