Error description

• Scenario:
  0.a. Tools -> Options -> Infrastructure -> Product
  Structure -> Cache Management tab -> Activate the cache
     b. Tools -> Options -> Infrastructure -> Part
  Infrastructure -> General tab -> External References "Keep
  link with selected object" set to on.
     c. Tools -> Options -> Equipment & Systems -> Electrical
  Harness Installation -> Harness Management tab -> Bundle
  segment creation "Mandatory Geometrical Bundle" set to off
     d. Restart Catia
   1. File -> Open Geometrical Bundle2.CATProduct
   2. Go to Equipment & Systems -> Electrical Assembly Design
  workbench
   3. Click Smart Place (Place with a compass from a catalog)
  icon,
   4. Browse another catalog icon, sel
  SUPPORT_withlink.catalog, click Open, double click Support,
  drag & drop a Band Clip new to wire geometry
   ---> a support part with InstantiateAsNew:false is created
  w/o no problem.
   5. Browse another catalog icon, sel SUPPORT_AsNew.catalog,
  click Open, double click Support, drag & drop a Band Clip
  new to wire geometry
   ===> Then error panel appeared as follow:
  Assertion failed:AssertionGailed:iPos > 0 && iPos <= Size in
  FileG%CXR10%BSF%.%System%CO0LSTPV.m%src%CATListPV.cpp at
  line 290                         <=== Problem1
   6. Click OK on the error panel
   ===> Previously added support part with InstantiateAsNew:
  False was not created too.
   7. repeat step4 or 5
   ===> Then Caita hung up.           <=== Problem2
