  SCENARIO:
  =========
  -Open a new CATDrawing (use any standard but extensive tests
  were done with ANSI).
  -Make sure the style is set to: Original Properties
  -Create a new table: 4 rows, 4 columns
  -Merge the cells to fit the following pattern(see attched
  file)
  -Edit the merged cells one by one and the bottom right cell
  and enter the folling text : L1, L2, L3 (see image)
  .
  RESULT:

  The text doe not autofit the merged cells size.
  It works only with non-merged cells.

     ====>.softwares such as Microsoft Excel (except that the
     ====>.cells will not overlap neighbour ones but will be
     ====>.hidden). This behaviour won't change: it is a
     ====>.permanent restriction.
  
  
   TECHNICAL EXPLANATION FOR THE RESTRICTION:

     ====>.your requirements will affect visualization
     ====>.performance and will not take into account all
