  .
  SCENARIO :
  ---------
  1. open attached CATPart
  2. Create a Draft reflect line :
  - sel the cylindrical face.
  - Angle : 0.5
  - Define parting element : sel zx plane.
  OK
  3. Create another Draft reflect line :
  - Sel the other "side" of the cylindrical face.
  => There is a message : the face is already drafted but
  you can draft it again => OK button.
  - Define the parting element : sel zx plane and invert the
  arrow if necessary.
  - Click on OK.
  .
  ==> Multi ribbon error : a single operation cannot process
  more than one ribbon.
  .
  Note that this operation can be processed with CATIA V4.
  .
  There are several by-pass (that are not industrial) :
  1. the circle that is used to generate the pad can be made
  in 2 parts in the sketcher.
  2. before drafting the pad, you can apply a thickness on the
  pad. Then, you create the 2 drafts and then you apply the
  negative thickness.

  .
  Incident Diagnosis
  After a first ReflectLine Draft has been applied on
  one side of a cylinder with respect to a given
  parting element, it is impossible to generate the
  second Draft on the other side.
  .
  Correction Explanation
  This is due to the small angle value that permits
  the first Draft to be generated without the creation
  of a step face based on the parting element.
  .
  This is why it is impossible to distinguish between
  the two cylinder faces on the resulting body.
  .
  Therefore, when selecting the face to be drafted for
  the second operation, both cylinder faces are
  selected (even though they aren't connected).
  .
  Since the Draft algorithm attempts to initalize
  ribbons on all separate selected faces, the operation
  fails in this case because the ReflectLine cannot be
  computed on the already drafted cylinder face.
  .
  Answer :
  This APAR is PER because error message has been enhanced :
  The operation now generates a more appropriate
  error message that also shows in red the location of the select
  ed face for which no initial result could be computed.
  .
  Concerning second draft creation, the answer is it's a suggesti
  on SUG :
  In order to solve this problem, it would be
  necessary to make it possible to select only one
  side of the cylinder in the interface of the Draft
  feature ; this is an important development which can only be ha
  ndled as enhancement request.
