Error description

• When we set CNEXTOUTPUT=console and start CATIA using catstart
  the
  manufacturing output batch cannot run.
  
  details:
  HZS is a CAA partner developping both an Add-in standalone and
  an
  Add-in combined with V5 configurations.
  As indicated by DS our installation is launched through the fol
  lowing
  shortcut:
  D:\B10_HZS\intel_a\code\bin\catstart.exe  -run "CNEXT.exe"  -en
  v
  HZSENV -direnv "C:\Documents and Settings\juw\Application
  Data\DassaultSystemes\CATEnv"
  
  where HZSENV is a concatenation of CATIA path and the path to o
  ur
  own CAA DLL.
  
  In this case, if we set CNEXTOUTPUT=console the manufacturing o
  utput
  batch (MfgBacth.exe) that is launched via the panel "Generate N
  C Code
  in Batch Mode" does not start.
  
  This bug :
  - does not appear if we start cnext directly without passing a
  concatenated Environment via catstart.

  Incident Diagnosis:
  Problem in the management of the outputs generated by the proce
  ss launched by catstart.
  
  Answer and By-Pass :
  Improved the management of the STDIN and STDOUT pipes for the c
