Error description

  • Scenario:
    --------
    - Read the provided CATPart.
    - When you calculate the angle between two lines: line.8 and
line.5, you can decide to have the 40.831 angle or the
    319.169 complementary angle.
    - Between two planes/surfaces: plane.19 and plane.35, it is
not possible to get the complementary angle.
It is a big problem if you are calculating an angle close to
90: because you cannot be sure about the real angle value.

Comments

  • CORRECT APPLICATION:
The angle or the complementary angle is etablished in function
    of the selected points.
If you click two planes which make an acute angle, the result
    angle will be acute.
The behavior is the same with the lines and the planes.
