  1. Logon ENOVIA V5.
  2. Open VPM Navi window.
  3. Sel Part Instance with context
  menu, "Subscribe".
  -> Available Events and Subscriptions window is
  displayed. Event name of Subscribe isn't Japanese.
  This is defect.

  EXPECTED RESULT :
  Event name of "Subscribe" should be displayed as
  Japanese.
