Error description

• Scenario:
  1- Tools / Options / Drafting / Layout
     Check "Propagation of broken and breakout specification"
  2- File / Open the CATPart file
  3- File / New / Drawing and create a new drawing
  4- Create a front view
  5- Create Broken view for this front view
  6- Create Projection view (Ex: Top view)
  We can see that broken position for projection view is the
  same as Front view.
  7- Go to the part and modify 3D element (Ex: Length)
  8- Go to the Drawing
  9- Right click on Front view
     Select Unbreak
  10- Create Broken view at different place from Operation 5
  11- Update the drawing
  Result:
  Broken position of Front view is not followed on Top view.

  used at the view creation only.
  During update this option has no effect.
  This developpement can't be done in V5R11.
