  1. open CATDrawing
  2. set section view A-A active and zoom to have the center
  hole and the the upper right hole (with the red circle) in
  the window
  3. select icon cumulative dimension
  4. select the horizontal center line of the center-hole and
  then the red circle to create a horizontal dimension
  5. press right mouse to open the context window
  6. select 'Extension lines anchor'
  7. select Anchor 1
  
  ->  message appears: Dimension creation failed
  Cumulative dimension at the 6 o'clock-position of the red
  circle is not possible.
