HC93521: PARTDESIGN / MULTI PAD / FEATURE DEFINITION ERROR APPEARS WHEN EDITING A MULTIPAD CREATED WITH A CIRCLE

Error description

• Feature Definition error appears during reselecting multipad
  in structure tree.

  SCENARIO FROM SCRATCH :
  ----------------------
  1. Open New Part
  2. Create Sketcher with a circle and a rectangle inside the
  circle.
  3. Exit SKetcher, Create a Muli-Pad with this sketch
  In Multi-Pad definition window, enter a length (20 and 10
  for instance) for each of the 2 domains.
  4. OK : Multi-pad is correctly created
  5. Double-Click Mulit-Pad.1 in Tree
  --> Feature Definition error appears:
  'Impacting modifications in the profile are taken into
  account : one extrusion domain deleted,...'
  .
  5. select "OK"
  --> Thickness of the domain linked to circle became 0,
  instead of 10.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

•  INCIDENT DIAGNOSIS:
  Feature definition error appears by editing Multi pad created
   with a circle.
  .
   ANSWER AND POSSIBLE BY-PASS:
  Problem is fixed : no error occurs at Multi pad edition
  

Problem conclusion

• THIS PROBLEM WILL BE FIXED ON
    CATIA VERSION 5 RELEASE 9 GA level.
