HC92123: GEOMETRY AND TEXTS ARE HIDDEN BY PICTURES INSERTED IN DRAWING WITH INSERT / PICTURE

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• After inserting a tif image into a drawing with Insert /
  Picture, the drafting entities added on the image are always
  invisible and located under the picture.
  Scenario:
  * Open a new drawing file
  * Insert the image tif_sap1 with the menu Insert / Picture
  * Create a new view
  * Create some drafting entities (lines, curves, texts) with
  the drafting workshop
  Result:
  The drafing entities are always under the image, so they are
  invisible.
  This problem happens with any kind of Pictures inserted
  (TIF,JPEG,BMP) in a Catdrawing.

Problem summary

•  INCIDENT DIAGNOSIS:
  Geometry and annotations are displayed under the picture.
  

Problem conclusion

• THIS PROBLEM WILL BE FIXED ON
    CATIA VERSION 5 RELEASE 9 GA level.
  NOTE THAT THIS PROBLEM WILL ALSO BE FIXED ON V5R8SP04.
  
   TECHNICAL EXPLANATION FOR THE CORRECTION:
  Wrong management of priorities.
  
   ANSWER AND POSSIBLE BY-PASS:
  This problem has been corrected on V5R8 SP4 and V5R9.
