  any error or Message,  open the part within CATIA V5 R7 SP3
  without any problem
    2. try to open the part within CATIA V5 R7 SP5 and SP6 is
  not possible,results in an error :
  Problem while reading document. Load operation failed.

  NOTE THAT THIS PROBLEM WILL ALSO BE FIXED ON V5R8SP03 AND
   ON V5R7SP08.
   .
   ANSWER AND POSSIBLE BY-PASS:
  You have to use environment variable SHEETMETAL_UPWD
  to have this issue corrected.
    To implement this variable, go into Windows environment with
  MB3 on My Computer Icon and Properties in order to choose
  environment folder, just add variable in users variables with
  value 1.
