SCENARIO:
1-Open BugDistanceBetween.CATPart
'Between Curves' is the minimum distance computed between
'Curve.1' and 'curve.2'. 'Between Point1 and its Project' is
the minimum distance computed between 'Point.1' (which is on
'Curve.1')and its normal projection on 'Curve.2'.
Both distances should be very similar.

PROBLEM:
One distance is twice longer than the other one.
