APAR status

• Closed as suggestion for future release.

Error description

• Default for angle dimension is <Degrees><Minutes><Second>
  (NUM,ADMS) and for length dimensions the decimal sign is
  a comma sign (default is NUM,DIMM). Ususally, angle
  dimensions should be visible as <Degrees>,<Degree decimal>.
  It is not possible to change the default format for angle
  and length dimensions
  The customer wants to have ANGLEDEC as default
  whenever he creates a new drawing, not NUM,ADMS
  It would be helpful to have a configuration file where
  settings like this could be entered as a setting
  for the customer company, for example

  CATAngleDimensionsDefault = "ANGLEDEC"

   INCIDENT DIAGNOSIS:
  Default values for numerical display description (length &
  angle) in the dimension properties toolbar cannot be defined
  in customer drawing.
  
   JUSTIFICATION FOR DEVLOPMENT REQUEST:
  In forthcoming releases, thoses kinds of parameters will be
  defined in a standard file, which will be embeded in the
  drawing.
  There is no target date for each of these items, but they will
  come very soon.
  
   ANSWER AND POSSIBLE BY-PASS:
  Create a start-up drawing, where you define all the defaults
  you need (each kind of dimension, text, etc) and always start
  project using File/New from your start-up model, with "Only
  user default" activated in the Style toolbar.
