  CUTOUT NOT NORMAL TO SKETCH PLANE
  
  
  create a new part,open SMD workbench, modify thickness to 4
  mm ( icone sheet metal parameters, parameters )
  In SMD create a sketch (icone sketch)in the yz plane, create
  a cricle through 3 points(icone circle through 3 points),
  get out sketch
  create an extrusion (icone extrusion) by selecting the
  circle created
  create a sketch in the zx plane, create a circle positioned
  like  in the data model
  get out sketch, create a cut out ( icone cut out ) ,select
  the white circle for the first limit, clic fx icone and
  modify the bottom line with 80mm for example,for the second
  limit put the  same dimension select OK
  unfold the view ( icone unfold) , you can see the cuts out
  are  not normal to the sheet
  sketch on a face of the sheet, project limits of the hole (
  icone  Project 3D elements )
  get out of sketch benchwork
  sketch on the other face of the sheet, and make the same
  thing
  fold the view ( icone unfold), and modify the position of
  the cutting profile ( double clic on the primitive
  sketch, drag and drop the circle )
  get out sketcher benchwork and see there's no associativity
  with the normal cut outs
