  Problem Description:
  PREASSIGNED NUMBER:  BFIS-4SNSRJ  Needed for Prod Pilot
  We are working in the context of the assembly designing
  these 3 sheetmetal parts.  When we go into part
  30L6654-003 and make it flat so that we can add a cutout
  that goes across the two bends, we get an ABEND when we
  try to add parameters.  If you do this outside the context
  of the assembly it works fine.
  SCENARIO:
  1)  Read the Assembly "30L6654,55535A,R01"
  2)  Make the third part in the tree
  "30L6654-003,55535A,R01" active.
  3)  Make sure you are in the Sheetmetal workbench and then
  select the FLATTEN icon.
  4)  The part flattens in the context of the assembly.
  5)  Now select the top surface of the flattened part and
  go in the sketcher.
  6)  Create a rectangle in the upper left corner of the
  flattened parts that does not touch the edges of the part
  but goes across the all 3 walls and 2 bends.
  7)  Double click on the CONSTRAINT icon and try to add
  constraints between the outside edges and the sketch.
  ====>  We get the large "I" symbol and then a Click to
  Terminate.
