  SCENARIO:
  1) MAKE A PAD  WITH AN BLIND HOLE
  2) MAKE A RECTANGULAR PATTERN OF THIS HOLE
  2) Select the INSERT+ADVANCED REPLICATION TOOLS+POWER
  COPY CREATION
  3) Select the HOLE.1, its Sketch and the RECTANGULAR
  PATTER.1 as the items to be in the power copy
  4) SAVE THE DOCUMENT AS POWER COPY
  5) OPEN A NEW PART
  6) MAKE A PAD
  7) INSERT / ADVANCED REPLICATION TOOLS / POWER COPY
  INSTANTIATION.
  8) ERROR MESSAGE  UPDATE WINDOW:
  HOLE 1 COMPUTING ERROR
  RECTPATTERN.1 ONE OF SELECTED FEATURE CAN'T BE TRANSFORMED

  To copy the hole and the power copy, please follow
  this scenario:
  1-With provided part create a Power Copy with Hole.1 and Rec
  Pattern.1
  2-Create a new part
  3-create a pad (smaller than in provided part)
  4-Instanciate powercopy of step 1 in part of step 3
    ---> Error message because the hole is out the material .
         and created a hole in no material area is not allowed
  5 -edit the hole
  6 -drag hole center in material area
  7 -Ok in Hole panel
  ======> Pattern and hole are created without any error
  If the pad of step 3 is large enough , hole is created
  in material area and the error of step 4 does not occur
