HC69596: VIEW ICON IN TOOLBAR VIEW IS ALWAYS SET TO EXPAND

Error description

• These icons are in the view toolbar.
  One allows you to display geometry in different 'modes' (i.e.
  HLR,Shaded, wireframe etc)
  The other allows you to select certain views (iso, front etc).
  When these icons are placed on the toolbar and the cursor is
  moved over them the icons can only be expanded.
  
  The cursor is in 'EXPAND' mode not 'SELECT' mode.
  The displayed view can't be displayed by clicking on the icon.
