  SCENARIO:
  ---------
  1. File + open and select a Part
  2. Place mouse on top level in the specification three and
  press .   mouse button no.3.
  3. In contexual menu select "properties" option
  4. Properties window select Product Tab.
  5. Press the "Define other properties" button
  6. Press the "New Parameter of type" button.
  7. Press the OK button twice
  8. Now you get following error message:
  Result: Catia Session Locked with Following error message:
  .ErrorType = CATBaseError
  .ErrorName = NullHandler
  .ErrorNumber = 131073
  .

  There was a NULL HANDLER which was not tested. The software
  has been improved to test this handler and to avoid this
  kind of situation.
