  It seems that :
  When both directions are perpendicular it does not work at all.
  If they are not exactly parallel it abends with a S11.
  .
  Scenario :
  open brand new CATIA model.
  .
  ST-FRAME / PLACE / PLANAR / STANDARD
  Create a planar on the YZ plane
  thickness = 50
  Width = 3000
  Start point : key in 0,-500,0
  End Point : key in 0,500,0
  .
  AECPRIM / PRIMITIVE / CREATE
  Create a box width = 500, height =500, lenght =500
  end 1 : key in 200,0,800
  select the X axis
  Select the arrow in the model to reverse the direction
  select APPLY in the panel
  .
  AECFRAME / EDIT / TRANSFOR
  rotate the box 5 degrees along one of its vertical edge
  .
  ST-BUILD / OPENING / CREATE / INTERFER
  select the planar
  key in clearance = 20
  select the box
  .
