Error description

  • SCENARIO:
1. Read the model
2. In the Toolbar, select View/Draw(d)
3. Swap to DR-mode
4. Start sketcher
5. SEL: axis cross
6. EDITABLE ELEMENTS: YES: ALL
7. Sel Arc Icon
8. Create some arcs between segments
9. File/Exit and SAVE
==> Back in catia arcs are inverted

  • Arc created with Sketcher from a DR view are badly copied into
CATIA.

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • THIS PROBLEM WILL BE FIXED ON
  CATIA VERSION 4 RELEASE 2.1 REFRESH 2 GA level (FREL421R2)

The algorithm using to transfert arc circle from Sketcher to
DR view in CATIA was identical to algorithm for complete circle.
A modification of the algorithm has been done for arc circle.

The problem is now fixed.
