DY47853: INTERMITTENT SECURE FTP FAILURES USING BSI IPV6/VSE

Error description

• When retrieving data from a remote FTP server using TLS,
  intermittently a return code on a gsk_secure_soc_read() causes
  BSTTATLS to terminate the clear text and TLS connections, as if
  a close has been done. This fix requires IPv6/VSE build 258.41
  or later.
