Abstract

Apache Spark version 2.1.1 is now available!

Apache Spark 2.1.1 is now publicly available and is supported by IBM Spectrum Conductor with Spark version 2.2.0.

IBM Spectrum Conductor with Spark version 2.2.0 comes with the following built-in Apache Spark versions: 1.5.2, 1.6.1, and 2.0.1; which are available to configure when you create a Spark instance group. In addition to these versions, IBM Spectrum Conductor with Spark allows you to add the following supported Apache Spark versions: 2.1.0 and 2.1.1.

  • To try out this Apache Spark version, you can download the Apache Spark 2.1.1 package for IBM Spectrum Conductor with Spark 2.2.0 on IBM Fix Central.
