Anti Virus Error while performing Batch Upload

Symptom -
Error while uploading files for Batch upload and attachments
Error received - The virus scanner encountered errors scanning the attachment. The file cannot be attached
Product Area -
SSM
Cause -
1. The IP Address and port combination is incorrect.
2. Server name mentioned under IP address section is not correct
3. Anti Virus server has stopped.
Fix -
1. Verify and confirm if the IP Address + Port combination mentioned under VSM > Properties > Administration > Anti Virus is correct.
2. If a server name is entered under IP Address make sure that it resolves without any issues.
3. If the above data is correct and the issue persists make sure that the Anti Virus server is running.
