Problem
API RC=28 FULL VMWare restore failures with "No Data"
Symptom
The following error can occur during full Vm restore using Vstorage api:
ANS9365E VMware vStorage API error.

API return code : 28
API error message : SOAP 1.1 fault: SOAP-ENV:ClientÝno subcode¨
"No Data" Detail: get host by name failed in tcp_connect()
