ANS5280E when backing up Microsoft Exchange databases

Troubleshooting


Problem

When attempting to backup an individual, or multiple, Microsoft Exchange databases an ANS5280E is returned.

Symptom

ANS5280E Object enumeration from a file set or file list failed
ACN5060E A Tivoli Storage Manager API error has occurred. Examine the Windows Event Logs and DSMERROR.LOG for additional details.
