Troubleshooting
Problem
If a B/A-Client or admin user is not registered on the IBM Spectrum Protect server and starts a server connection, misleading message 'ANS1357S Session rejected: Downlevel client code version' is shown in the client's dsmerror.log, or the admin console log.
