"ANS-MES-0003 A server error occurred" is displayed when attempting open an analysis.

Problem

A user that is expected to have the ability to open content in Analysis Studio is not able to do so and instead sees an ANS-MES-0003 error.

Symptom

When trying to open an analysis from Cognos Connection in Analysis Studio the operation fails and the user is presented with the following error: ANS-MES-0003 A server error occurred.
