Android Enterprise Blocked Permissions

How To

Summary

The Android Block Permission section lists all the permissions that Maas360 will need to access to manage your users’ devices. If the user does not grant access to these permissions after enrolling, the device may report as out of compliance. The user will need to manually accept the Blocked Permissions on the device to avoid access issues. Here is a list of some of the permissions that Maas360 may request access to depending on your Policy:

Bluetooth
Storage
Contacts
Phone
SMS
Usage Access
Location
and more...

Steps

Open the Device Record by Searching or finding it under Devices > Inventory
You will need to Accept any Blocked Permissions on the Device locally. If the Device is using Kiosk Mode, you must grant MaaS360 Launcher Permission so System features such as Brightness and Navigation Buttons work as intended.
Device Settings > Apps > MaaS360 > Permissions
