Analyst macro in CAC fails with error code 1107

Troubleshooting


Problem

Running an Execute Analyst macro in the CAC failes with a 1107 error code. Macro runs successfully from within Analyst but fails via a batch job.

Symptom

Error message when running macro via the CAC:

Unable to execute macro '{2CBAF20A-6C7C-4D27-82C5-DC3054140862}'~~~~Unable to execute 'DLU Activities and Accounts'~~~~Unable to execute macro 'SCA_Common.DLU Activities and Accounts'. The return code was 1107.

Error message from the batch job logfile:

9999 Initialisation Failed
2008-12-16 13:07:29 Session Started
2008-12-16 13:07:31 [E US00304] AutoStart Macro [#0].DLU Activities and Accounts does not exist
2008-12-16 13:07:31 Return code set to 9999 Initialisation Failed
