Problem
Unable to successfully run a report via parameterized URL that has an Ampersand (&) contained within the displayValue that is being passed due to browser restrictions/handling of such a character.
Symptom
Parameterized URL will not run a report that has an Ampersand in the value for a prompt such as "Camping & Equipment". Escaping with %26 or %2526 does not work either. You will find yourself either prompted again to select a value or the report will process without using the displayValue that was passed in the URL.
