Troubleshooting
Problem
I'm running a model in Amos on data that results in a non-positive definite sample covariance matrix. I've checked the box on the Numerical tab of the Analysis Propoerties dialog box to Allow non-positive definite sample covariance matrices. If I run this without asking for bootstrapping, it works fine, but if I request bootstrapping Amos seems to go into an infinite loop, with the status box repeating Sample1 over and over, and I have to use the Task Manager to shut down the process in order to stop it. Why is this happening?
