Solution
This issue was fixed in AMM firmware, Build ID BPET62O.
The file is available by selecting the appropriate Product group, type of System, Product name, Product machine type, and operating system on IBM Support's Fix Central web page, at the following URL:
Additional information
This issue was caused by a timing issue with the AMM when attempting to discover the Integrated Management Module (IMM). In 62J and older AMM levels, the wait time for discovering was too short. This timing issue was fixed in AMM 62O.
